4. Platform Use

   You agree not to:

   • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
   • Impersonate any person or entity;
   • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
   • Upload malicious software or content;
   • Harass, threaten, or abuse others on the platform.
5. Service Availability
   • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
   • We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or technical reasons.
   • Availability of the services is subject to the availability of healthcare professionals and technical support systems; unavailability may lead to delays in services provided.
6. Modification of Terms
   • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
   • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Section B: Terms for Doctors / Healthcare Professionals

1. Professional Verification
   • You must provide your full name, qualification, registration number, medical council affiliation, and specialty.
   • You consent to verification of your license and credentials by us or third-party agencies.
   • You consent to have a periodic check on your license and credentials without providing prior notice.
2. Standards of Practice
   • You agree to uphold professional, legal, and ethical standards as per national laws.
   • You must not provide misleading, false, or unverified medical advice.
   • We are not responsible for any illegal or unethical advice or practice you follow, and you are solely accountable for any actions you undertake based on it.
3. Teleconsultation Responsibilities
   • You are solely responsible for the advice, prescription, diagnosis, or treatment provided.
   • Maintain detailed patient records as per legal requirements.
   • You are solely responsible for any teleconsultation appointment booking or cancelation including the payments done if any.
4. Patient Consent
   • Ensure informed consent is obtained before diagnosis or treatment.
   • The platform may facilitate digital consent forms.
5. Confidentiality and Medical Records
   • Keep patient data confidential and secure.
   • The patient's data when uploaded in the application/website, is automatically stored within our server and can be used without either's parties permission.
   • Do not share data without patient consent, except when required by law.
6. Professional Liability
   • The platform is a facilitator and not liable for outcomes.
   • You are solely responsible for professional conduct.
7. Fees and Payments
   • Set your consultation fees; platform may deduct a service commission.

Section C: Terms for Patients / Users

1. Account and Medical History
   • Provide accurate personal and health information.
   • Do not impersonate others or give false details.
2. Health Services Disclaimer
   • Platform does not replace emergency services.
   • In emergencies, contact local emergency numbers or visit hospitals.
3. Use of Medical Advice
   • Advice is informational and diagnostic.
   • You are responsible for how you use the advice given.
4. Consent to Treatment
   • You consent to teleconsultation and digital prescriptions.
   • You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
   • Data is confidential and accessible to your treating doctor as well as the website/application servers only.
   • You may request correction or deletion of your data.
   • We may share the data to the healthcare professional with the respected ecosystem. We do not share your data to third parties.
6. Payments and Refunds
   • You agree to pay all fees for services.
   • Refunds only in case of errors or cancellations.
   • We are not responsible for any payment done directly to the doctor or any healthcare professional.

Section D: Intellectual Property

• All content (logos, text, software, etc.) is owned by the platform or its licensors.
• Reproduction or modification without permission is prohibited.

Section E: Termination of Account

• We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of Terms, fraudulent activity, or harmful conduct.

Section F: Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for service interruptions, advice accuracy, or losses due to use or misuse.

Section G: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by Indian law.
• Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in BHOPAL, MADHYA PRADESH, INDIA.
